1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at ai@gigwave.tech.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid term.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within the billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Note: Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through gigwave.tech.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at ai@gigwave.tech with your account details and reason for the request.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method.

One-time setup or onboarding fees
Custom integration services
Fees paid to third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta ads)
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card provider. We are happy to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Changes to Policy
Gigwave.Tech reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
